The questions below cover what dealerships ask most often before going live with DeltaLead — from how the AI handles calls and avoids making up prices, to how billing works, what happens to your data if you cancel, and which CRMs you can connect today.

AI & Features

DeltaLead AI agents converse in Spanish with configurable regional variants — Argentina (es-AR), Mexico (es-MX), Costa Rica (es-CR), and Colombia (es-CO) — as well as Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) and US English (en-US). You configure the language variant per agent, so the tone and phrasing match the market you sell in.
Yes. DeltaLead responds to inquiries and manages leads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Your dealership never loses an opportunity because no one was available to respond.
The agent does not respond from memory. Before stating anything, it queries your live inventory and your configured rules in real time. If a unit has been reserved, the AI will not offer it. If a time slot is taken, it will not propose it. Every price, discount, financing condition, and delivery window the AI can mention comes from rules you define — not from what the model infers. In practice: no customer arrives on Thursday to look at a car that sold on Tuesday.
Yes. During onboarding you configure exactly what information the agent can share, which discounts it can mention, which topics it must always escalate to a human advisor, and what tone it uses. The DeltaLead team loads your commercial playbook and fine-tunes it against real conversations before you go live.
The AI detects when a lead needs human attention — or when they explicitly ask for it — and transfers the conversation to an advisor without the customer having to repeat anything. The advisor receives full context before stepping in: the vehicle the lead is interested in, their budget, whether they are trading in a used car, what was promised, and what still needs to be resolved. The handoff is immediate and informed.

Calls & WhatsApp

DeltaLead supports two types of calls. WhatsApp VoIP calls ring inside the same chat the lead already has open with your dealership — there is no unknown number, no separate app, and no cost to the lead. Inbound WhatsApp calls are available from the Growth plan onward; outbound WhatsApp calls are available from Advanced onward. Traditional telephony (inbound and outbound landline calls) is available on Enterprise. A call can also be initiated from within a chat — the AI asks the lead if they would like a quick call, and if they agree, the call is placed automatically.
No. DeltaLead does not charge per minute or per call. Calls count within your Monthly Active Client (MAC) volume — a lead you called six times counts the same as a lead you called once. Call volume is dimensioned together with your operation during onboarding.
No. You can connect your existing WhatsApp Business number. Once connected, the number is managed through DeltaLead — you will need to stop using it directly in the WhatsApp Business app. If you prefer to keep your current number active in the app, you can set up a new SIM or eSIM: you only need to place it in any device for about five minutes to pass Meta’s verification, and then you can remove it. Your WhatsApp calls operate over this same number with no extra configuration.
Yes. DeltaLead covers Meta conversation costs within your plan price through its credit line. There is no per-message markup and no separate Meta invoice. Covered items include: customer-initiated conversations, business-initiated conversations, templates in all categories (including marketing), follow-up messages, and WhatsApp calls. Your invoice is a single predictable amount every month.

Billing & Plans

A MAC is any lead with at least one activity during the calendar month — a message, a call, an automatic follow-up, or any action by a seller in the platform. A lead counts once per month regardless of how much activity occurs: a lead that received an opening message, seven follow-ups, two calls, and twenty back-and-forth messages is one MAC, the same as a lead you exchanged two messages with. Leads that had no activity in a given month cost nothing.
Nothing is blocked and your operation is never interrupted. You simply pay for the overage: US12per10additionalMACsonGrowthandUS12 per 10 additional MACs on Growth** and **US15 per 10 additional MACs on Advanced. This means you can size your plan for your typical monthly volume and only pay for spikes — like a promotional event — when they actually happen. If overage becomes consistent across multiple months, it makes sense to move to the next tier.
Yes — 14 days free on all plans. DeltaLead coordinates a demo call to configure your account correctly from day one, so the trial runs on your real channels with your actual leads, not dummy data. Start at deltalead.ai.
No. All plans are available with monthly billing and no minimum commitment. The annual plan exists because it costs 20% less — not because it is required. The typical path: start with the 14-day free trial, continue month-to-month while you validate results with your own leads, then switch to annual whenever you are ready to lock in the discount. You can make that switch at any time.

Data & Security

Your dealership owns all lead data. The leads, conversations, call recordings, and metrics generated in DeltaLead belong to you. DeltaLead processes this data solely to provide the service. The Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business Account remain under your dealership’s name — DeltaLead operates on them using the permissions you grant.
Yes — at any time, without needing to request permission. You can export leads, conversations, transcripts, call recordings, and reports in standard formats. All of this is also accessible via the REST API at https://platform-api.deltalead.ai/v1.
Export and deletion timelines are defined in your contract. In all cases you receive a window to export everything — leads, conversations, transcripts, and reports — and DeltaLead assists with the migration. Approved message templates and conversation history are yours to take. If you were using a phone number owned by DeltaLead (rented), that number stays with DeltaLead; if the number is yours, you take it with you.

Integrations

Yes. DeltaLead has native integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Odoo, Bitrix, PilotSolution, Tecnom, and Google Sheets. If you use a proprietary or less common system, the technical team builds the integration during onboarding. You also have full access to the REST API and webhooks to build any custom connection yourself.
No. DeltaLead integrates with your existing DMS and syncs vehicle inventory, availability, and sales data. DeltaLead also includes a native DMS module if you ever want to consolidate — but it is optional and the decision is yours to make at any point.
