Outbound campaigns let you proactively reach leads in your database — not just wait for them to write first. From within DeltaLead, you can build a targeted segment, choose a campaign objective, and send a WhatsApp message to hundreds of contacts at once, with the AI automatically continuing each conversation based on how the lead responds. Campaigns are available on the Advanced and Enterprise plans and are designed to drive measurable outcomes: test drives booked, showroom visits scheduled, and vehicle reservations confirmed.

Creating a campaign

1

Select your segment

Choose which leads from your database should receive this campaign. Filter by vehicle model interest, lead score, original channel, date range, or inactivity window (e.g., leads who haven’t engaged in the last 30 days). The segment preview shows you the exact contact count before you commit to sending.
2

Choose your campaign objective

Set what you want the campaign to achieve: scheduling a test drive, booking a showroom visit, or taking a vehicle reservation. The objective shapes how the AI continues the conversation after the initial message is sent.
3

Choose the vehicle

Select the specific vehicle you are promoting — model, trim, and version. DeltaLead uses your live DMS inventory to ensure you’re only promoting vehicles that are actually available at the time of sending.
4

Choose your channel

Select WhatsApp as the delivery channel. DeltaLead handles the Meta-approved message template automatically. You review the message content before sending.
5

Review and send

Review the segment size, objective, vehicle, message template, and estimated delivery. Confirm and launch. DeltaLead dispatches messages in a controlled flow to protect your number quality and tracks results from the moment the first message is sent.

Audience segmentation

The quality of a campaign depends on how well you target it. DeltaLead’s segmentation filters let you build precise audiences from your existing lead base.

Vehicle interest

Target leads who expressed interest in a specific model, trim, or vehicle category during previous conversations.

Purchase intent score

Filter by the AI’s qualification score — send higher-frequency campaigns to hot leads and lighter-touch messages to colder segments.

Channel of origin

Segment by where the lead originally came from — Meta Ads, MercadoLibre, organic web, WhatsApp — to tailor your message to how they found you.

Inactivity window

Reach leads that have gone quiet over a defined period — 15, 30, or 60 days — with a reactivation message tailored to reignite interest.

Date range

Filter by when the lead first entered your system or when their last activity occurred to build time-based segments.

Conversion status

Exclude leads that have already booked, are actively in a seller conversation, or have been marked as lost — so you only contact relevant contacts.

WhatsApp templates

All outbound WhatsApp campaigns require Meta-approved message templates. DeltaLead manages the entire template approval process on your behalf — you don’t need to interact with Meta Business Manager directly. Key points about template handling:
  • DeltaLead submits templates to Meta for approval and notifies you once they are ready to use
  • Marketing templates — including promotional campaign messages — are included in your plan pricing with no per-message cost and no separate Meta billing
  • Templates cover all required categories: marketing, utility, and authentication
  • You can request custom templates through your DeltaLead account manager; standard approval timelines apply on Meta’s side

Campaign analytics

Track the performance of every campaign from first send to final conversion.
See how many messages were delivered, how many were opened, and how many leads responded — broken down per campaign. Response rate is calculated against the segment size so you can compare campaigns accurately.

Follow-up sequences

Sending a campaign message is the start of a conversation, not the end of one. After the initial message goes out, DeltaLead’s AI takes over and continues the dialogue with each lead individually, following your configured cadence rules. If a lead responds with interest, the AI qualifies them further and moves toward your campaign objective. If they don’t respond immediately, the AI follows up at the intervals you’ve configured — automatically and without any manual intervention from your team. Follow-up sequences stop automatically when:
  • The lead responds and books the campaign objective (test drive, visit, or reservation)
  • A seller manually takes over the conversation
  • The lead asks to be removed from follow-up
  • The maximum number of configured follow-up attempts is reached
Protect your WhatsApp number health when running campaigns. Meta monitors the engagement rate of messages sent from your WhatsApp Business number. Sending campaigns to large segments of unresponsive or disengaged leads — particularly those who have never replied to any previous contact — can lower your number quality score and ultimately restrict your ability to send messages at all. DeltaLead monitors your number’s quality rating in real time and will alert you if it starts to decline. Always target engaged or recently active segments for campaigns, and use the inactivity filter to exclude leads that have been silent for very long periods. Your DeltaLead onboarding specialist will configure your cadence settings to keep your number healthy from day one.
Outbound campaigns are available exclusively on the Advanced (US$598/month) and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans. On the Growth plan, AI-driven follow-up sequences for individual leads are fully available, but bulk outbound campaign sending requires an upgrade. See pricing for a full plan comparison.
