Before DeltaLead, managing leads at a dealership typically meant checking five different apps — WhatsApp Business on a shared phone, a Facebook page inbox, a MercadoLibre messages tab, an email client, and whatever CRM your team was logging calls into. Sellers copied and pasted conversation snippets, context was lost between shifts, and the same lead could be contacted twice by two different advisors who didn’t know the other had already spoken to them. DeltaLead’s unified inbox solves this by consolidating every channel into a single conversation view with one lead profile per contact, no matter how many ways they reached out.

What the inbox consolidates

Every channel your dealership uses to receive or initiate contact with a lead flows into the unified inbox.

WhatsApp

Inbound and outbound messages, including AI-initiated conversations, follow-ups, and campaign messages. WhatsApp VoIP calls are also captured here.

Phone calls

Inbound and outbound calls via VoIP (WhatsApp) and traditional telephony (Enterprise). Every call is recorded, transcribed automatically, and attached to the lead’s profile.

Email

Inbound email inquiries and outbound follow-up sequences. Email conversations appear in the same timeline as WhatsApp and call records.

Meta Ads

Leads generated from Facebook and Instagram lead forms and Click-to-WhatsApp ads enter the inbox automatically as new lead profiles.

MercadoLibre

Messages from MercadoLibre listings are routed into the inbox and handled by the AI agent just like any other channel. The lead profile is created or merged automatically.

Web forms and Typeform

Submissions from your dealership website’s contact forms and any connected Typeform flows appear as new leads with the form data pre-populated in the profile.

Single lead profile

DeltaLead identifies the same person across channels and merges all their interactions into one profile. A lead who messages you on WhatsApp, then submits a web form, and then calls your dealership is one lead in your inbox — not three. The profile includes:
  • Full name and contact details
  • Every message sent and received, across all channels, in chronological order
  • Call recordings and transcripts
  • AI qualification summary and current score
  • Vehicle of interest, budget, financing preference, trade-in status, and buying timeline
  • Seller notes and manual takeover history
  • CRM and DMS sync status

Seller view

When a seller opens a lead in the inbox, the first thing they see is the AI’s summary and the suggested next action — not a raw message thread they have to read from the beginning. The summary tells them who the lead is, what they want, what the AI already told them, and what the best move is right now. Below the summary, the full conversation history is available — every message, every call recording, every channel — so the seller can go as deep as they need before responding. No separate tool to open, no asking a colleague “did you already talk to this person?”

Manual takeover

Any seller can take a conversation from the AI at any time with a single click. The moment they do:
  • The AI pauses and stops sending automated messages to that lead
  • The seller has full control of the conversation
  • All history from the AI interaction remains visible
When the seller is done — after a call, after sending a quote, after a test drive — they can return the conversation to the AI for continued follow-up. The AI picks up from the current state of the profile without repeating anything.
The AI also pauses on its own when it detects that a lead needs a human: for example, when the lead explicitly asks to speak with a person, when a question falls outside the AI’s configured scope (such as a financing edge case or a special negotiation), or when a high-priority event triggers a seller notification. In all these cases, the context is fully preserved and the seller steps in with everything they need.

Real-time notifications

You don’t have to watch the inbox all day. DeltaLead sends real-time alerts to your team when a lead requires attention — so sellers can focus on the floor and still respond to hot opportunities within seconds. Configure alerts to route to:
  • Slack — notifications appear in a designated channel or as direct messages to the assigned seller
  • Microsoft Teams — alerts are posted to a Teams channel or sent as personal notifications
Notifications are triggered by high-intent scoring thresholds, manual escalation flags set in the AI configuration, or any lead that responds to a follow-up after a period of inactivity.
DeltaLead’s interface is fully functional on mobile browsers, making it practical for sellers who spend most of their time on the showroom floor. Sellers can read AI summaries, review conversation history, respond to messages, and take over conversations from their phone without needing a desktop. For dealerships with high floor traffic, consider designating one seller per shift as the inbox monitor with Slack or Teams notifications routed to their device.
