Four lifecycle stages
1
Catalog Creation
Upload the manufacturer’s PDF spec sheet and let the AI do the rest. DeltaLead’s agent extracts engine displacement, power output, torque, drivetrain, transmission, dimensions, available colors, trim versions, and pricing automatically — structuring everything into a ready-to-publish vehicle card. You review, adjust if needed, and the vehicle is immediately available for your AI agents to present to leads on WhatsApp and other channels, complete with photos and a shareable spec sheet.
2
Intake and Tracking
When a new batch of vehicles arrives from the factory or port, paste the dispatch manifest email directly into DeltaLead. The AI parses the text, extracts each VIN, model, color, and variant, and creates the full batch in the DMS automatically — no spreadsheet formatting required. You can then assign vehicles to inbound trucks, track their arrival status at the depot, and mark each unit as received when it clears.
3
Sales and Reservations
Manage your active pipeline on a Kanban board with real-time multi-user sync. Every advisor on your team sees the same live state — when a unit is reserved by one seller, it’s immediately unavailable to all others, eliminating double-reservation conflicts. Deposit receipts (señas) are uploaded separately from legal invoices, which are generated later at the point of delivery. Financial progress per deal is visible across four areas: commercial, documentation, financial, and delivery.
4
Delivery and Close
Walk each delivery through a guided checklist that ensures nothing is skipped: Inspection → Wash → Invoice → Client Signature. Each step is marked complete by the responsible team member. Regional license plate formats are built in — Argentina (AB 123 CD), Costa Rica (123 456), and standard Latam formats — so the delivery record reflects the correct regional registration style. Once complete, the deal is closed and the expediente is archived with all associated documents.
Live inventory sync with AI agents
Your AI agents never offer a vehicle that is reserved or already sold. Before answering any question about availability, color, or version, the agent queries your live DMS inventory in real time and responds only with what is genuinely available. This means:- A lead asking “is the black Hilux SRX still available?” gets a truthful answer based on current stock status — not a cached response from earlier in the day
- A lead who books a test drive for a specific unit will find that unit still there when they arrive — because no other seller could have reserved it in the meantime
- Your team never has to field an angry call from a customer who came to see a car that was sold two days ago
The real-time inventory check applies to all AI agent channels: WhatsApp, Meta Ads responses, MercadoLibre inquiries, and web form follow-ups.
Stock view
The stock view gives your team a single place to see and manage every vehicle in your inventory. Filter by status to see only what you need:- Available — units ready to offer or show
- Reserved — units with a deposit confirmed but not yet delivered
- Delivered — closed deals, kept in history
- Add internal notes (preparation instructions, condition remarks)
- Edit the list price or add a promotional price
- Update preparation or conditioning status
- Mark or flag the unit for management attention
- Remove the unit from active inventory
Optional: use your existing DMS instead
The DeltaLead DMS module is completely optional. If your dealership already uses Tecnom, PilotSolution, or another DMS, DeltaLead integrates directly with your existing system and pulls live inventory from there instead. Your AI agents benefit from the same real-time stock accuracy without requiring any migration. You can always adopt the native DMS module later if your needs change — the decision is yours to revisit at any time.
