DeltaLead AI agents are configured conversational assistants that respond to leads on your behalf across every channel your dealership uses — WhatsApp, voice calls, Meta Ads, MercadoLibre, web forms, and email. They operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, responding in under 9 seconds and following the commercial playbook you define during onboarding. They are not generic chatbots: they know your inventory, your pricing rules, and your dealership’s personality before they send their first message.

What agents can do

Answer product questions

Respond to questions about models, trim levels, pricing, colors, and availability — always drawing from your live inventory, never from memory.

Schedule test drives

Offer available time slots from your live agenda, confirm appointments automatically, and send reminders.

Qualify leads

Gather purchase intent, budget, financing preference, trade-in status, and timeline through natural conversation. Generate a structured qualification summary.

Handle objections

Address common hesitations (pricing, delivery timelines, financing terms) using rules you define — without improvising.

Run follow-up sequences

Automatically follow up with leads that go quiet, on channels and cadences you configure, stopping the moment the lead responds or converts.

Transfer to humans

Detect when a lead needs a human and hand off with full context, so your seller never starts from scratch.

What agents cannot do

DeltaLead AI agents are designed to protect your dealership from misinformation. Before answering any question about a specific vehicle, the agent queries your live inventory and agenda in real time.
  • Agents never invent prices or stock. If a unit has been reserved, the agent will not offer it. If a price has changed, the agent reflects the current value.
  • Agents only promise what you authorize. Discounts, financing conditions, delivery timelines, and bonuses are all drawn from rules you configure — not generated by the AI model.
  • Agents do not discuss topics you have blocked. If a topic is outside the defined scope, the agent redirects or routes to a seller.
The practical result: no customer arrives at the dealership expecting a price, color, or vehicle that no longer exists.

Agent configuration options

You define how each agent behaves during onboarding, and you can adjust the configuration at any time. The following options are available per agent:
Choose the regional variant that matches the market where you sell. Options are es-AR (Argentina), es-MX (Mexico), es-CR (Costa Rica), es-CO (Colombia), pt-BR (Brazil), and en-US (United States). The tone, vocabulary, and formality level automatically reflect the selected variant.
Define which product lines, services, or subjects the agent can address. Block topics that must go directly to a human advisor — for example, fleet pricing negotiations or complex trade-in appraisals.
Set the maximum discount the agent can mention without human approval. Any request that exceeds the limit triggers a handoff.
Configure the conditions under which the agent transfers to a human: explicit request from the lead, topics outside scope, high-intent detection, or specific keywords.
Define how many follow-up messages to send, at what interval, and through which channel. You can set different cadences per lead score tier — more persistent outreach for high-intent leads, lighter touch for early-stage browsers.
Load your full commercial playbook during onboarding — pricing rules, common objections, financing options, and competitor comparisons. The more context the agent has, the more accurately it represents your dealership and the less often it needs to hand off to a human.

Human handoff

The agent monitors each conversation for signals that a human should take over. Handoff is triggered automatically when:
  • The lead explicitly asks to speak with a person.
  • The conversation topic falls outside the agent’s configured scope.
  • A high-intent signal is detected and you have configured immediate seller notification for that score tier.
  • A question requires information not available in your inventory or rule set.
When the agent hands off, the receiving seller sees a complete context brief — no “How can I help you?” The brief includes:
1

Vehicle of interest

The specific model, trim, color, and features the lead asked about.
2

Budget and financing

Stated or inferred budget, preferred financing term, and whether a trade-in is involved.
3

What was promised

Any commitments the agent made: pricing shown, appointment confirmed, simulation sent.
4

What is outstanding

Open questions the lead still has or actions the agent could not complete.
After the seller handles the conversation, they can return it to the agent at any time — for example, to resume automated follow-ups once a pending question is resolved.

Voice calls

DeltaLead AI agents handle voice as naturally as text. Calls can originate from a chat (the agent asks, “Want me to call you for a minute?”) or be initiated outbound as part of a follow-up cadence.
WhatsApp voice calls ring within the chat thread the lead already has open with your dealership — no unknown number, no extra cost to the customer. Every call is recorded and transcribed automatically.
  • Inbound calls: available from the Growth plan.
  • Outbound calls: available from the Advanced plan.
Calls are not billed per minute or per call. Each lead with at least one call in a month counts as one Monthly Active Client (MAC), the same as a lead with only text interactions. See Leads for how MACs are counted.
